Foothills County has received an application from landowners Hutterian Brethren Church of Cayley, requesting the closure for purchase of a 2 +/- acre portion of an undeveloped road allowance along the E boundary of NE ΒΌ Sec 09-17-29 W4M. Access will be denied.

As shown on the location map, the road allowance (shown by the yellow line) is located within Council Division 1, is approximately 2.43 km north of 722 Avenue E, directly south and adjacent to 690 Avenue E, approximately 5.67 km west of Highway 2.

Foothills County has received an application from agent Kristi Beunder of Township Planning + Design Inc. on behalf of landowners Romel & Cristy Penaojas proposing an Amendment to the Country Residential land use rules to allow for the future subdivision of one new 4.59 +/- acre Country Residential lot with a 4.59 +/- acre balance parcel.

As shown on the location map, the subject parcel (shaded in black) is located within Council Division 1, is directly southwest and adjacent to the intersection of 418 Avenue E and 79 Street E, approximately 1.40 km east of 64 Street E, approximately 0.06 km west of Highway 2A and approximately 0.58 km north of 426 Avenue E.
