Foothills County
A public hearing will take place September 7, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. for amendments to the Foothills County Land Use Bylaw.
Changes to General Industry, Industrial Edge, and Flood Hazard Protection Overly Districts will be contemplated.
Notices have been circulated to residents within a half-mile of Direct Control District #2 lands for which redesignation and Land Use Bylaw amendment is being considered. For more information please visit the Direct Control District #2 Project page.
