During the recent Canada Post strike, Foothills County was unable to mail out reminder letters for overdue property taxes or water bills.
To view and pay your property tax roll and, where applicable, utility account, log into Virtual County Hall.
If your email is on file, you can set up access yourself. To find your customer ID (begins with a 3 and contains 6 digits) look on your combined assessment and tax notice, or your water bill. It will be located near your name and address.
Click on Sign in > click on Forgot your password? > enter your 6 digit customer ID in Username and click on Submit. An email will be sent with the link to set-up your password.
