Foothills County encompasses a diverse rural landscape in the foothills of southern Alberta, with the Heritage Pointe Fire Station located in De Winton, Alberta. Foothills County is currently accepting applications for the position of Battalion Chief.
This is a senior operational leadership role within the Foothills Fire Department, responsible for overseeing and managing multiple shifts, including volunteer fire stations throughout the County. The Battalion Chief provides strategic and operational leadership with a strong focus on firefighter safety, effective emergency response, and the development and performance of personnel.
