Residential Community District, Residential Multi-Family District, a Public Utility Lot, Municipal and Environmental Reserve lands are proposed to support a mix of single-family dwellings, semi-detached dwellings, stormwater management facilities, water and wastewater servicing, pathways, parks, and roads all contemplated within the developable lands.
The land is located south of the Hamlet of Heritage Pointe and Dunbow Road, directly south of the Heritage Crossing ASP and on east side of 2 Street E.
The Heritage Estates ASP was adopted on August 27, 2025.
