The Town of Okotoks is hosting an Open House on May 30, 2024 from 5 - 7 p.m. at the Foothills Centennial Centre to receive public feedback on its proposed North Point Area Structure Plan (ASP).
The ASP includes a mix of industrial, commercial, and recreational land uses in the northeast area of Okotoks along 338 Avenue and Highway 2.
The Open House will provide information on proposed land uses, expectations for current and future development, strategies for the 338 Avenue corridor into Okotoks, and policies to guide phasing and land preservation.
