Amendment to the Heritage Pointe Area Structure Plan (ASP) and concurrent Land Use Redesignation

January 4, 2021

The County received a revised application submission from Kristi Beunder of Township Planning + Design Inc. on behalf of the landowners Carolina Oxtoby and Douglas Howland with respect to the 24.39 acre Country Residential District parcel, legally described as Ptn. SW 5-22-29 W4; Plan 9912130 Blk 5. The revised submission included a copy of the January 2021 mail out, a FAQ document and a revised proposed amendment to the Heritage Pointe ASP (referred to as Serenity).
