Property Taxes are due in full by October 1 of the same year.

Late Payment Penalties

After October 1, your taxes are subject to a penalty. A late penalty charge of 6% penalty will be applied after this date. If taxes are still outstanding on January 1, a further 12% penalty will be applied. Cheques not honoured by your bank are also subject to penalty and administration charges.

Prepay Your Taxes and Save Money

TIPP Program

Save up to 6% by pre-paying your taxes.

OR

Enroll in the Tax Installment Payment Program (TIPP) and save up to 5% of your taxes.

School Support

All individuals who own property located within Christ the Redeemer Catholic School Division within Foothills County are required by provincial legislation to file a School Support Notice.
